From June 8th to 11th, Castilla-La Mancha will play host to the debut of Discover-Eat 2025, the first international forum bridging tourism, gastronomy, identity, and sustainable development in rural areas. A meeting place for chefs, producers, tourism experts, communicators, and changemakers, all united by a shared mission: to champion the value of local heritage, connecting tourism with the land through flavor, culture, and landscape.

From the historic windmills of Campo de Criptana and Alcázar de San Juan to the vineyards of Tomelloso, the forum offers an immersive journey through a gastronomy that tells stories, revitalizes regions, and blends tradition with innovation. Because the future of culinary tourism is also being shaped within our towns and villages.
