Hubert Gonera is a strategist and entrepreneur specialising in gastronomic tourism. He has spent more than twenty years creating tourism experiences centred on gastronomy, place and people.
He is a graduate in Tourism Management and Philosophy, and the founder of Landbrand. He is also the co-creator of the BASCIL and ReTour Interreg projects, and the author of Poland’s National Sub-Strategy for Gastronomic Tourism. He has designed and advised on dozens of gastronomic routes and destination strategies across Europe. As a certified sustainable tourism professional (GSTC), he combines in-depth expertise in sustainability and regenerative thinking with an exceptional ability to capture the essence of a place, devising strategies that resonate with both locals and visitors alike.
He is one of Europe’s leading authorities on developing gastronomic destinations that strengthen the bonds between people, food and the places they call home, not just the economy.
